gggjil Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined here:

• "gggjil" — refers to the online gaming platform operating at gggjil.net, including all its games, features, promotions, and associated services.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" — any individual who has registered an account at gggjil or is using the platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a player to access gggjil services, store balance, and record transaction history.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a player's gggjil account, including deposited funds and credited bonuses.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback, or other non-deposit incentive granted by gggjil to a player.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a player must bet before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Qualifying Deposit" — a deposit that meets the minimum amount and payment method criteria required to trigger a specific promotion.
• "Platform" — the gggjil website, mobile interface, and any associated applications or tools through which games and betting services are accessed.

To register a gggjil account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. gggjil may request proof of age at any point and reserves the right to close any account found to belong to someone under this age.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration, or otherwise be in a jurisdiction where using gggjil is lawful.
• You must not already hold an active gggjil account. Each person is permitted only one account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonus balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your real name, valid contact details, and correct date of birth. gggjil reserves the right to verify this information and may request supporting documents.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or business entity. gggjil accounts are strictly for personal, individual use.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your gggjil login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. gggjil recommends using a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other service.

• Never share your gggjil login details with anyone, including family members or friends. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without your permission, contact gggjil support immediately so the account can be secured.
• gggjil will never send unsolicited messages asking for your password. If you receive such a message, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to support.
• gggjil is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their login credentials voluntarily or failing to maintain reasonable account security.

gggjil accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are held and transacted in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP).

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Always verify the current minimum before initiating a deposit.
• Deposits made via e-wallet (GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to one banking day.
• gggjil does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with your e-wallet or bank if you are unsure.
• gggjil may request documentation to verify the source of funds for large deposits as part of responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposits made using payment methods that do not belong to the account holder may be refused and returned. You must only use payment accounts registered in your own name.

Players may request withdrawal of funds from their gggjil account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully met before those funds — and winnings generated from them — can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the gggjil account. gggjil does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of request. These may vary by withdrawal method.
• gggjil processes withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times vary by payment method: e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically completed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• gggjil reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on any individual player.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if a player's account is under review for suspected terms violations or irregular activity.

gggjil runs a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and the Refer a Friend programme. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria (minimum deposit, payment method, game restriction) are specified for each promotion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states that it is repeatable.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Players should verify bet details — amount, selection, and market — before confirming. gggjil does not reverse confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error or void events.
• gggjil uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for all casino and slot game outcomes. No game outcome is influenced by player bet history, account status, or any factor other than the RNG.
• In sports betting and esports markets, odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Events that are cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or otherwise do not reach their natural conclusion will typically be voided, and stakes returned. Specific void conditions for football, PBA, esports, and other markets are detailed in the relevant market rules.
• Maximum win amounts per bet or per game session may apply. These are specified within individual game rules or market terms.
• gggjil reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a technical fault, including pricing errors in sports markets. Affected players will be notified and stakes returned.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on gggjil and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to place bets or interact with gggjil games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or arbitrage bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a different identity.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or pricing mistakes to generate artificial profit.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that violates applicable Philippine law.
• Accessing gggjil using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting personal information to pass verification.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward gggjil staff or other community members.

gggjil is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Online gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies to prevent impulsive increases.
• Self-exclusion is available for any player who wishes to take a break from gaming. Exclusions can be set for defined periods or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, all access to the gggjil platform is suspended.
• gggjil employs automated systems to detect signs of problem gambling behaviour. If flagged, a player may be contacted by the support team with information about responsible gaming resources.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any gggjil content without prior written permission. Using the gggjil name or logo in any promotional, commercial, or unofficial context is prohibited without express authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gggjil is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to a player's failure to maintain account security.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity issues outside gggjil's reasonable control.
• Losses sustained during periods of self-exclusion that a player circumvented using a duplicate account.
• Errors in information provided by a player during registration or verification.

gggjil's maximum liability in any single claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limitation does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

gggjil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Receipt of a valid court order or regulatory instruction requiring account action.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion.
• Failure to pass required identity verification within a specified timeframe.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance will be frozen during the review period. If the investigation confirms a violation, any balance derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. If no violation is found, the account and balance will be fully restored.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting gggjil support. Any genuine, unwagered balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

gggjil may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in law, platform features, or operational requirements. When material changes are made, gggjil will notify active players via the contact email associated with their account and post an updated version on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of gggjil following notification of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of gggjil that cannot be resolved through direct discussion with our support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
